- A-WOW International Girls Leadership Initiative
- A-WOW INC., is a not- for-profit organization, which operates as the flagship program of A-WOW International Girls Leadership Initiative (A-WOW IGLI), an acculturated program, which actively promotes leadership, education, diversity, innovation and a cross cultural exchange amongst young women ages 16 - 25. A-WOW has established the three fundamental elements for a strategy: a vision, a mission, and values. These three elements define the strategic space A-WOW works within. VISION - to transform lives of young women and girls globally through education, technology, diversity and gender advocacy in order to establish an enduring legacy for female leadership, organization and business worldwide. MISSION - to foster and promote, education, leadership and skill development through education, innovative learning opportunities, mentoring and empowering young women ages, 16 - 23 to assume active roles in their community and throughout global society.
