Eliot A-WOW INC a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization based in Dallas, Texas, USA, operates as the flagship program of A-WOW IGLI, an acculturation program, which actively promotes multiculturalism, leadership, education and innovation. A-WOW International Girl’s Leadership Initiative (A-WOW IGLI) is a global, female-based initiative that prepares girls, ages 16-21, to assume active leadership roles in their community and global society. Our mission is to educate, mentor and coach while providing mentees with leadership abilities and knowledge as they ready themselves to shape the future world –a world of strong and courageous leaders. We have chosen to focus on the work of leadership rather than just on the personal characteristics of individual leadership. This A-WOW IGLI mentoring symposium will be a gathering of prominent, influential and inspirational corporate, business and community leaders, who will engage with the mentees to provide professional knowledge, expertise, and guidance of what it takes to be a successful leader in a competitive and globalizing world.
The A-WOW IGLI Symposium will also serve as a catalyst for A-WOW IGLI to continue developing its mentoring programs geared towards cultivating the next generation of world leaders.

Day Two – Saturday October 1st - “The Core of Your Choices”
7:00 am - 7:30 supervised morning - daily journal
8:30 - 9:30 breakfast by Chef Maxine
9:30 - 10:30 A-WOW IGLI Leaders (each participant will speak for ten minutes on the subjects provided)
10:30 - 11:30 guest speaker- “The Core of Your Choices”
11:30 - 11:45 break
11:45 - 12:30 workshop “Knowing What To Do Isn’t the Same as Doing It”

1:30 - 2:30 A-WOW IGLI Leader’s and Introduction of their A-WOW Junior Mentees
